Refund policy

We do everything in our power to ensure the safety and integrity of the drinks we sell. This includes assuring customers that products they receive have not been unduly handled or tampered with. As such, we do not accept returns on any Plant Drops.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our products 100%. If the product is defective or for some reason does not meet your expectation of quality, we will be happy to refund you for the product in question.
